All I heard today, all day was that Christmas is almost here. Two more days I kept saying. I have three little ones chomping at the bit for Santa to visit. In order for Santa to make a successful stop, Daddy needs to get out the tool box. We have some items to put together and lot's of batteries to put in. I cannot wait to post pictures of Christmas morning.
Tomorrow night we will attend church and then have dinner with friends. We are making cinnamon rolls tomorrow night, putting on matching pj's and watching Polar Express. Then Daddy will read a special book and it is bedtime.
What I love most about Christmas morning besides the thought of Jesus is the smiles, smell of rolls baking, coffee brewing and the fireplace crackling. This Christmas will be no different. The squeals will fill up the house and all day long we will play.
This is Karras' first Christmas. He barely understands. But he is catching on quickly. I asked him what kind of toys he likes and his answer was "I don't know, I never had any". That breaks me heart. A nine year old little boy who doesn't know what he likes. So Santa will bring a little of everything and for the first time Karras will have his own "stuff".
God bless you all and may you have a fun filled holiday and enjoy your family and friends~ Kim
